Tailings slurry enters into the efficient concentration hydrocyclone,the underflow of hydrocyclone enters into the dewatering screen,after dewatering the dry tailings can transfered by belt conveyer to pits or anywhere can stack the dry tailings.the overflow from the hydrocyclone and the under material from the dewatering screen mixed together go to tailings pond for precipitation

Tailings dry effect:14-17% moisture of dry tailings,overflow density of the hydrocyclone is 4.5%,dry tailings production accounted for 70% of total tailings.

Flat bottom hydrocyclone separators

Jinyang flat bottom cyclone separators usually used in iron ore grinding process,Gold ore sorting nature gold and separation of coarse particles.

It has three featuers different with normal hydrocyclone,1st, Jinyang flat bottom hydrocyclone can get coarse grain size;2nd the underflow is uniform,almost no fine particles entrained in underflows;3rd,Jinyang flat bottom hydrocyclone can get very low rate of production,take JY500 cyclone as an example,for the commen cyclone if the spigot diameter is less than 50MM then the cyclone will be blocked,but if erect even 20MM spigot,the flat bottom cyclone can work properly .

Hydrocyclone is a equipment which turns linear motion to rotary motion in a certain pressure.

Jinyang hydrocyclone uses contrifugal force to make the coarse particles sttlement and output from spigot while the fine particles increase output from the overflow mouth.

Jinyang hydrocyclone can be devided to flat bottom cyclone,large cone angle cyclone,small cone angle cyclone and variable cyclone
