Lining material of hydrocyclone separator-KM ceramic
Everybody knows the lining material of hydrocyclone is very important,it is the most important factor on hydrocyclone's life. today.I will introduce one of Jinyang hydrocyclone's lining material-KM ceramic.
KM ceramic composite material is by adding high hardness wear resistant proton to Polymer wear-resistant material,consolidation to a ceramic under certain conditions.it has charactoristic of high hardness on surface,acid and alkali corrosion,it could be work in the enviroment under 150degree.
Its working life is 3 times longer than rubber lining cyclone.but is shorter than alumina ceramic.
