1. Classification for section I closed circuit grinding
2. Classification for section II closed circuit grinding
3. Regrinding for fine mine classification
4. Mud-removing before selection and after selection
Dam and backfill for gangueIn closed circuit grinding system, it features high classification efficiency and fine overfall fineness under high mine concentration.
Classification efficiency is higher for 5-10% than common screw grader. It benefits for enhancing grader utilizing coefficient.Choose proper specification and mode of cyclone
according to grinding processing capacity, overfall fineness and sedimentation concentration.
This is precondition of getting the most optimized work condition.
Our company is able to offer stand-alone, parallel connection machine or machine series in such specs as Φ75, Φ100, Φ125, Φ150, Φ200, Φ250, Φ300, Φ350, Φ500,Φ610,Φ660 and Φ750.Fine sand, less than 37μm, in gangue can not be used as dam materials during selecting mine. After the classification by cyclone, coarse granule left in the bottom of dam, fine granule move to the tail of gangue. Fine granule graded naturally during the movement. There is section full of clean water, which can be used for calling back of water. In the process of filling tail, we utilize cyclone for grading and concentrating to separate coarse granule so that to reduce load of filtering machine and to reach at the best effect. Use cyclone to finish dam and filling work so that to solve problems such as leaking mine, sink and overproof water discharged. So it can receive obvious economic and social benefit.

Tailings is one of the products of mineral dressing,along with the granularity of tailings ground more fine,tailings emissions is more and more big,the tailings has become a major dangerouse of metal mines.
Because of the limitation of current techinical and ecnomic conditions,tailings have unfavorable further separation.depend on the tailings concentration,it can be divided into slurry,paste tailings and tailings filter cake.At present,the tailings disposal technology is basicly dry stacking of tailings and pit fill.but because of the tailings preparation and delivery concentration is too low and there are many problems,Such as easy segregation layered,low intensity,difficult dehydration,severe wear of pipeline,a long time consolidation.surface paste stack and underground paste filling is a promising way to deal with the tailings.
Dry stacking of tailings is concentrated by hydrocyclone,while the coarse particles directly into the dewatering screen for dehydration dry stacks,the ultra fine tailings enters into efficient thickener turns into paste and then pumped and transported to a certain locations dealt with filter press.
With the development of fillings techniques,the tailings as the main filling material is used to fill mined out area,which not only solves the problem of the dispossal of the tailings but also provides a feasible scheme for the treatment of mined out area.

Limestone classification hydrocyclone
As desulfurizer, before the limestone enters into the tower, it needs to pass through the closed-circuit grinding classification . Generally, its fineness -325 mesh content requires more than 90%. The dedicated limestone classification hydrocyclone produced by Jinyang has the characteristics of continuous and stable work condition, fine classification particle size , efficient classification ,wear and corrosion resistance inner and long service life.
Gypsum hydrocyclone
Whether it adopts gypsum, ammonia or calcium-sodium double alkali, the product after desulfurization needs to be concentrated, filtered and then separated continuously from the system. Commonly ,combining the hydrocyclone with the belt filter or centrifuge can get a dry heap of solid productAccording to the distribution of feed particle size , when Jinyang gypsum hydrocyclone processes different desulfurization products, the general design separation size is 20 or less than 20 microns. When the feed concentration is 5-20%,the underflow concentration can reach 40-60%,the overflow concentration can reach 2-5%.
