The first section of the cone angle is large, so that the fluid in the cyclone tangential velocity reaches the maximum increase of the centrifugal force field;Second cone section smaller,cone length is larger,the processed pulp have enough time and space to fully exchange separation;The third section of the cone has a large cone angle and a straight segment structure.
In the aspect of treatment effect,JYG hydrocyclone has more fine ranularity classification,high classifiction precision,high classification efficiency,the underflow concentration is high and could get high underflow productive rate.Compared with the conventional cyclone the separation finess of D80 can be improved by 20%-30%.when treated with the same material,JYG hydrocyclone overflow finess can be increased by more than 10%.
