Hydrocyclone separators

Hydrocyclone separators widely applied in mine-chosen technique in various metal mines.
It mainly shows in the following works:

1. Classification for section I closed circuit grinding
2. Classification for section II closed circuit grinding
3. Regrinding for fine mine classification
4. Mud-removing before selection and after selection

Dam and backfill for gangueIn closed circuit grinding system, it features high classification efficiency and fine overfall fineness under high mine concentration. 

Classification efficiency is higher for 5-10% than common screw grader. It benefits for  enhancing grader utilizing coefficient.Choose proper specification and mode of cyclone 
according to grinding processing capacity, overfall fineness and sedimentation concentration.

This is precondition of getting the most optimized work condition.
Our company is able to offer stand-alone, parallel connection machine or machine series in such specs as Φ75, Φ100, Φ125, Φ150, Φ200, Φ250, Φ300, Φ350, Φ500,Φ610,Φ660 and  Φ750.Fine sand, less than 37μm, in gangue can not be used as dam materials during  selecting mine. After the classification by cyclone, coarse granule left in the bottom of dam, fine granule move to the tail of gangue. Fine granule graded naturally during the movement. There is section full of clean water, which can be used for calling back of water. In the process of filling tail, we utilize cyclone for grading and concentrating to separate coarse granule so that to reduce load of filtering machine and to reach at the best effect. Use cyclone to finish dam and filling work so that to solve problems such as leaking mine, sink and overproof water discharged. So it can receive obvious economic and social benefit.

Linear Dewatering Screen for Sand Grading/Fine Sand Recovery Equipment

The existing artificial sand production line currently,mostly adpots wet production process,no matter what form of sand washing machine,the biggest drawback is fine sand(smaller than 0.16MM)lost seriousely.even lost more than 25%.This is not only a serious loss but also seruousely affect the sand gradation,resulting in unreasonable gradation,fineness modulus of coarse,greatly reducing the quality of the product of the mechanism of sand.Too much fine sand emissions but also cause enviromental pollution.

In order to slove the above problems,Jinyang company has successfully developed a fine sand recycling device effectively solve the problem of fine sand recovery.

Fine sand recovery equipment working principle
1 structure:a motor,sand pump,centrifugal separator(hydrocyclone). linear dewatering screen,cleaning tank,recycle boxes and other components,
2 working process:
Pumped sand water mixture is delivered to centrifugal separator.after centrifuge classification,concentrated fine sand discharged by underflow spigot into the dewatering screen,After the vibration sieve dewatering, fine sand and water separation, a small amount of fine sand, mud and so on return to the tank and then return to the cleaning 
tank, while the cleaning tank level is too high, discharged through the discharge port.

Linear dewatering screen recyclables by weight concentration of 70% -85%. The fineness modulus can be adjusted by changing the pump speed, changing mortar try,adjusting the overflow of water and replacing the undderflow exit.So as to complete the cleaning, dehydration and grading of three kinds of functions.

Fine sand recovery device can decompose water sand mixture reasonably, realize the sand recycling project. can recycle 95% fine particles of the total slurry,fine sand recovery equipment with unparalleled technical and economic advantages.

Working principle :Taylor valve(also called three-way valve, slurry commutation check valve and slurry automatic switching valve)  has two imports and one export.When the slurry enters from one import,the other import will be automatically closed.one valve control two pipes.

Slurry flow driving ball into a pipe orifice and close it; slurry pass by another pipe orifice. So it will not cause blockage.

The Y – ball valve relying on the pressure of slurry to change the valve does not need people to control realizing automatic control, simple and flexible. Adopting Y- ball valve realizes pipeline setting of two pumps with one valve.
