Jinyang group attended the ninth session of the safe operation of the tailings peak BBS and equipment exhibition on April 13 to April 15 .

Jinyang group general manager Mr gao made an important speech in the theme of  dry stacked tailings technology.

Jinyang Group design and development of dry tailings techonology ,It uses hydrocyclone cluster and linear vibrating dewatering screen to achieve the concentration and dehydration effect.The middle and coarse fraction of the particles pass through the sieve dehydration process, the moisture content of between 15% -18%, can be transmitted through a belt conveyor to dry yard, it can be filled with abandoned pit, but also for rolling process in low areas, but also by truck to other places for other purposes.  dry stacked tailings reducing the cost of construction of the tailings dam also avoids the dangers 
caused by tailings dam.

Cyclone cluster and linear vibrating dewatering screen have many advantages compared with filter presses.First, its cost is much lower than filter press,second,small footprint,easy to install,third,easy operation，fourth,manitance cost is small and at last with very good dehyfration effect.

The largest project done by Jinyang is Rongtian Iron Mining for dry tailings 
process.Capacity 18,000.00t/d,particle size 45%of-200 mesh,density 25%-30%,all the equipment are hydrocyclone clusters and dewatering screen.Dry effect is :cyclone overflow concentration is 7%-9.5%,cyclone underflow concentration is 64%-74%,dry discharge rate is76-80%
