The composition is suitable for all minerals at -325 mesh accounted for 80% .This proposal has characteristic of small investment and low cost,it in only half cost of filt press,and without quick wear part.
In addition,for the very fine grained minerals,also can use combination process thickener+high frequency vibration dewatering screen+filter press,can complete dewatering engineering.

The hydrocyclone's liner adopts high wear-resisting rubber that is made of unique formula technology called "liquid formula, room temperature curing",it has excellent flexibility and strong wear-resistance. The hydrocycyclone produced by mould pressing can replace the bushing,once it's worn and teared,it can be easily replaced, and save cost.hydrocyclone can be produced according to the customers' use and work requirements.
95 microlite corundum ceramics is by dry pressing molding, 1500 ℃ high temperature roasting of special wear-resisting ceramics, its mohs hardness is 9, hardness is second only to diamond.
